Payment in full is required before we will release any item or part of it.
Ownership of goods passes over to you the customer as soon as full payment is received by us. All responsibility of ownership is also handed over to you at the time of payment. Goods need to removed of the premises immediately once payment is received and cannot be left or stored for a later collection date.
Payment all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.
• Goods Warranty
A 6-12 month carry-in warranty applies to all our Samsung goods sold, unless stipulated otherwise in writing. This warranty is backed by “DemoSuite” and might not necessarily be backed by the manufacturer these are the terms which apply:
Definition of a warranty:
A guarantee given to the purchaser by a company stating that a product is reliable and free from known defects and that the seller will, without charge, repair or replace defective parts within a given time limit and under certain conditions.
Conditions of Warranty
Any goods deemed to be operating defectively, and not working under normal operating parameters and allowances within the warranty period will be repaired.
Warranty includes internal malfunctions and strictly no damage caused by customer negligence.
Warranty on TV's do not cover water damage or cracked screens caused by customer negligence.
If goods are found to be operationally defective, we undertake to repair your item.
The warranty is 6-12 Months from the date of invoice and also depends on the item.Some do not carry a warranty at all.
We may make improvements or changes to our Written Material or to any of the Goods, at any time and without advance notice.
You are advised that Written Material may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
All our stock items are regarded as A/B or C grade goods. These goods are goods that may be regarded as one of or all of the following
Goods that have been used for display/demonstration purposes in retail stores or showrooms.
Goods that have been damaged due to handling, transportation, display or demonstration purposes. (Packaging / Box Damage).
Goods returned by customers that have been repaired and are now deemed to be working as normal.
